When Taking a Test

  • Read instructions carefully. Allow time for all sections. Don’t spend too much time on any one question. Skip difficult questions and return to them later. For multiple choice: cross out answers you think are wrong; eliminate similar choices; avoid answers with words like no, always, only, none, never, and every; when in doubt choose longest or most detailed answer.
