Who is Troy?

• Troy is the Head of Middle School at a private preschool through 12th grade independent school in Northern Virginia. While he tries to give good general information in this book, he warns that there are always contextual challenges that are present in some situations more that others. What may work in one situation may not work in another. Every audience is diverse in its own way, so you need to know who you are trying to communicate with. No matter how good you are, Troy believes we can all improve our communication skills.
