Your Book – Week 2

  • Now its time to start reading one of your books. Chris suggests at least twenty minutes a day. If you are having trouble with the vocabulary, you can look up words, but you may be better off trying another book where you understand most of the words. Also make sure that you are well rested, and not trying to read when you are exhausted and about to fall asleep. Reading before bed is fine, but not when you are ready to nod out. You should also try to eat regular meals and food that is good for you. When your second Sunday rolls around, it’s time for another go at the Sunday paper. Don’t worry, your book will still be there on Monday.
