  • Rather than wasting time trying to get rid of bad habits, build new ones. Be prepared to feel stupid, clumsy, and frustrated at first. Increase the difficulty little by little and don’t expect the process to happen quickly. Constructing and honing new neural circuits takes time. Remember, grit is something you can develop.
