I paid the guys at http://www.gorges.us to set up my blog, which is a modification of the standard WordPress blog. If you can’t afford to pay someone to get you going, you can consider using a crowd sourcing service like Kickstarter or Indegogo to raise the necessary funds. Otherwise you can just go to WordPress and see if you can set up your own for free. I don’t think you have to be too tech savvy to do so. Good luck. Let me know if you get something going.
