Major Classes

• Sometimes, students pick out a major while they are still seniors in high school but wind up taking no classes toward that major until they are sophomores in college! Encourage your children to attend a school where they will start taking courses for their major during that very first year. Why does this factor really matter? Well, when they are away from the material for awhile, a greater chance exists that they will lose interest in the subject. Doing so could cause them to lose some of their credits and to be spend more time in college.
