  • If you were to put in the search criteria, “foods that are healthy,” Google will display about 294 million entries. On the first page will be a smattering of blogs that have lists pertaining to healthy foods. However, a large portion of them will offer the same information as the others. The only difference is the wording of the content that provides the list. You can provide the same facts as everyone else, as long as you write it in a fashion that is unique or different, and site any source that you directly borrow.
